Jeff Olshesky

Jeff brings eight years of experience in business process development, financial analysis, and operational management to Beyond Solar. Jeff has worked with a start-up solar integrator and a private mortgage bank in the San Diego area. He was responsible for formulating sales processes, technology integration, and team development and management. Prior to his work in San Diego, Jeff worked as a management consultant with Accenture, where his clients included AT&T, Chase, and Bank of America. Between working for Accenture and moving to San Diego, Jeff spent one year teaching English in Moscow, Russia.

Jeff graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999, receiving a BS in Finance. He enjoys yacht-racing, snowboarding, and ice-hockey.

Trevor Knauf

Trevor comes to Beyond Solar with three years of sales and business development experience in the renewable energy space. He began his career as an Energy Solutions Consultant for TAC Americas where he advised the California Public School System how to save money through energy efficiency. Since then, Trevor has worked at SunTechnics and Envision Solar in commercial development of large scale solar projects.

Trevor graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts. In his free time, you will likely find Trevor surfing, snowboarding, or in a Latin American country practicing his Spanish.
